Help to indentify hallmarks

Have a large gilt silver ? Bowl

feint markers mark on the handle cc
on the rim seems to be a duty mark ? Then another 2 marks.

The left facing portrait might be 1862 Birmingham duty mark.

I can’t see any mark on the handle, but it needs a good clean which might reveal the “cc” which you mention. The rim marks are definitely not English. The closest I can find is Czechoslovakia from the 1920s: CZECHOSLOVAKIA SILVER HALLMARKS.

Thank you for your feedback.
I think I have to agree the marks and the style feels very much Czech.
I gave the handle a little clean to reveal a clearer marker’s mark.
Does anybody recognise the marker’s mark?
