Help with Hallmark idenification

Hi

I’m trying to find out the makers mark of a silver plate (?) beaker I have, it’s a small beaker with a belt and buckle around the top rim.

Makers mark is a crown with 5 dots above and what looks to be an A and F underneath the crown?

Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

An image of both the mark and the mug would help. It might also be useful to know from which country you got it, or where you think it might be from.
