Help with hallmark on egg cup

I need some help identifying this eggcup. Unfortunately it is really hard to get a good image of the hallmarks. It is from my fiancee’s Hungarian great grandmother who had German roots.

Perhaps identification can also be made from the mark on the dome of the cup?
