Help with Hallmark on Old Cigarette Tin

Hi so im just doing this on behalf of my grandfather, he’s recently been digging out old treasures out of the attic and we have come across an old tin that you used to put roll up cigs in. The over side of the tin has an inscription with some eastern European language over it talking about a 300 mtr shot so im presuming its something to do with a war. any help would be greatly appreciated!

This is a Polish hallmark for 815 standard silver in use between 1920 and 1931 according to this site.
