Help with Hallmark William Aitken

Hello

I know the WA is William Aitken but I am struggling to recognise the other marks. Help appreciated

The letters below WA are EPNS - electroplated nickel silver. So this is not solid silver. Although the WA appears to match the sterling mark of William Aitken I cannot confirm that it is actually Aitken’s mark as there are no regulations governing marking on electroplate.
