These hallmarks are driving me crazy

I know this condiment spoon was assayed in London, but first of all I’m not sure of the maker (please see photo). Secondly I’m not sure of the date letter. I thought it was a ‘B’ but nothing looks right and I cannot find any that are on their side like this one. Any help really appreciated before I loose my mind
