Help with hallmarks on ornate knife & fork

Could anyone please help in identifying the hallmark on this knife and fork set. Thanks.

The lettering reads HB&H and is the mark of Harrison Brothers & Howson of Sheffield. This is not a hallmark as your fish servers are electroplated.
