I purchased a pair of small bowls with matching plates from an estate sale and am having a hard time identifying the hallmarks. Help please … and thank you!
“Etain” is French for pewter and the stamp at top left indicates the amount (95%) of tin (Sn) in the alloy. So not silver I fear.
Do you know of a good pewter web site that I can use to do further research? I have been told that old pewter is very collectable. Thanks in advance.

The trademark of La Bottega del Peltro is the GT stamp (this touchmark carries the initials of Giorgio Tabellini, founder of La Bottega del Peltro in 1970. The three mountains featured in the stamp are inspired by the coat of arms of the Municipality of Bagolino, a medieval town in Northern Italy which was home to the La Bottega del Peltro workshop).
