Help with identifying

I believe this is marked STG SIL with the initials RGL or RCL beneath.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Barry

STG SIL (sterling silver) is often used to mark Australian or New Zealand silver but has also been used to a lesser extent on Scottish silver. If it is in fact Scottish RGL could be Robert G Laurie Ltd of Glasgow, noted as makers of Highland ornaments. In support of this animo non stutio is the motto of the Gordon Highlanders although the bird motif does not match their crest.
