Help with interpretation

I did some research but still not sure if the one big spoon is silver because there is an anchor but no other marking. Is the S for Sheffield or a year?

On the little spoons, I can’t find the marking that kind of looks like a star but not really. I don’t know if they are silver.

Thank you!

These are electroplated. L&W is Lee & Wigfull of Sheffield (explaining the “S”) and the design registration number 272872 was issued in 1896, meaning that the spoon must have been made either in or after that year.

Your other spoons were made by Davis & Sons of Glasgow. They were active during the first quarter of the 20th century.
