Help with makers mark on my antler fish serving set

I have an antler handle fish serving set they are marked with a crown,lion and what looks like a b , and HG does anybody know about this? thanks

The ferrule has a Sheffield sterling silver hallmark with the date letter b for 1894/95 and the maker, HG, is Henry Greaves.
