Hey new user here. Picked up this silver salver the other day and I can’t seem to find the maker for it, can anyone help? I believe it’s English dated 1908? Weighs a beautiful 16.8 ounces 
and measures 10.5 inches across. Also if I do end up letting it go should I clean it up first or leave it alone? Thanks for the help!
