The items are a Art Nouveau style flower shaped creamer & sugar dish. The only mark on it is the one in pic. It looks like a large R and a small D with a line halfway down left side and a line haldwy acroos top, also a little line on bottom under the D. I don’t know if it’s sterling or plate.
