Help with modern london makers mark

i have a query about a modern piece, it is London 2009 and the maker is R above TS - i\the object is a silver mounted claret jug, unfortunately damaged and i am seeking methods of replacing the glass, i am in Melbourne Australia.

There are no published records of modern marks so you will have to get in touch with the London Assay Office directly. If all you want is advice about replacing the glass a jeweller or silversmith should be able to point you in the right direction.
