Help with silver hallmark

I have a silver spoon which I am having trouble identifying. Please see the picture below. Any help would be appreciated!

This is an Exeter hallmark with the date code r for 1833. JR is not positively identified, but is probably Jonathan Ramsey of Devonport.

Many thanks, I also have one other which I’m really struggling with as it has a star before the stamp.

The star is most probably the journeyman’s mark. A silversmith would have run a workshop employing apprentices and qualified silversmiths. The latter are known as journeymen as originally they would have journeyed from master to master picking up and honing their skills until they were able to set up as masters themselves. So the star is the mark of the man who actually made the spoon.
