I believe this is a Gorham stamp, by the G but cant make out first two stamps and what the number 7128 means. Then again the crown looks to have TB&S for Thomas Bradbury & Sons?

That’s better - thanks. This is British electroplate rather than American silver. The manufacturer is, as you suggest, Thomas Bradbury & Sons of Sheffield. The gothic “E” (not “G”) on the right is a date letter from Bradbury’s own private date coding system and signifies 1880. 7128 is a pattern number.
