I need help to identify these hallmarks on a laddel. When I see hallmarks, I think it is a silver one but when I see the radiance, I think it’s silverplate! I do not manage to find these hallmarks but I am sure I will find a specialist! Thanks.

Can you post a bigger image of the marks?
They look like French Hallmarks, but from that size they are hard to decipher.
