Could it be said this mark on a Silver Fob clip is for Henry Walker 1882?
The mark that you are looking at for Henry Walker is (a) a tentative identification only and (b) has stops rather than pellets so I think we can discount it. I think it is more likely to be the mark of Henry Williamson Ltd with the final part polished away:
