Hello, the mug is Pewter, an alloy of tin 95% and copper 5%. The cutlery is nickel with silver plate. The last item is not clear in the photo.
I have identified L&B for you in your previous post. As apcmetal has said, your last picture is not clear. Add a clear in-focus picture of the mark, which, I suspect, will be an electroplate mark.
