Hi i have a 3 pronged fork the 2 outer two have small spikes on them it has a thin round handel, the marks are, wp, ep, plume of feathers.

It sounds like you have an electroplated (EP) pickle fork. As it is elctroplated it is going to be impossible to give any sort of accurate dating. The maker may be William Page & Co of Birmingham - or it may be another WP.
