I wonder if anyone can tell me if sterling cordials that have hollow bases on the bottom but which have the stems sealed off actually have weighted stems or if the stems are typically hollow.
Here is an example of Randahl cordials, but I often see what appears to be a similar scenario with many Mexican sterling cordials as well.
