how old are the pair of Newcastle spoons?

i have a pair of newcastle silver spoons.
i see no date marks on them.
but the seller told me they would be about 1811.
please see~

thank you

1811 is not unreasonable, but too precise; because of the lack of a date code I would have to say some time between 1800 and 1820. Note that at this period it was quite common for date codes to be omitted, not only for Newcastle, but for the other assay offices too.

thanks for the helpful information.
“1811” is too precise.
