I am unable to identify this hallmar or item. I haven’t seen anything similiar except english claret jugs, but nothing with a removeable insert. Can you please help me ?

hopefully theses will come through. Picsa 3 looks different than what you show and it isdownloading all my pics and I checked desk top?? Obviously I am noy real computer smart
