I found these years ago, I’m assuming they are salts? They are very heavy, I assume sterling silver, but there isn’t a marking on them at all.
They appear to be a mustard and a salt. With no marking it would be unwise to make any assumption. Silver (but not always) is normally marked in some way.
Thank you for your prompt reply. I’m sorry as I’ll sound completely ignorant here, but if not silver, what might they be made of?
Pewter and other white metal alloys may be mistaken for silver.
