Your caddy spoon is electroplated (EP mark), not silver. The manufacturer is John Batt & Sons of Sheffield.

As your spoon is damaged (bent stem) it is worth practically nothing. If it can be straightened and if the plating is in good condition without any wear it might be worth as much as 5 GBP. I have based this value on the price at which similar caddy spoons are selling on Ebay.
