Your second and third pictures both show London hallmarks with the date letter “e” for 1860/61. I cannot tell you the maker because your picture is too indistinct to work out what it shows. For value I suggest that you find a minimum value by using an online scrap silver calculator. You may be able to get a more accurate figure by looking for a similar pair in Ebay’s “Sold” listings.

The maker’s mark appears to be FB, which would be Frederick Brasted, though the date is off by a year- he didn’t register the mark until 1862. So, still a bit murky.
