Ice Pail from the Orient Express

Hi, first time poster here and I need a little help. I have an ice pail with the Orient Express logo and Crown, it also has a couple hallmarks on it that I cant find anywhere. I had a local gold and silver buyer acid test this item and he claims it to be silver. Your opinions are of value to me. Any infor would be helpfull.
Thanks

According to the Online Encyclopedia of Silver Marks this is Orfévrerie Ercuis founded 1867 in Paris, a silver plate maker. Their flatware, made for 2nd class passengers on the ship the Normandie, came up for auction awhile ago. Since your item does not have recognizable hallmarks it is probably silverplate. I’m sure there are more knowledgeable posters here who can confirm this.
