Hi, could anyone ID this Dutch silver vase please? I think letter B is for 1911. Thanks for your help!

Let’s give others a chance to prove themselves. 
Minerva head assay mark has letter “A” to indicate Amsterdam assay office.
Lion Passant mark indicates 2nd standard purity = minimum .833.
“B” letter is date mark = 1911.
Maker’s mark - ?
