ID teaspoon hallmarks

We believe this to be vintage but the binternet is giving various answers. We think it maybe fleur de Ley, gondala and D&H is Deykin & Harrison but we arent 100%. Please help identify when this was made what the hallmarks mean and if it is worth anything please. Came from a relative that has passed, but could be from ancestors further back.

You’re correct that it’s Deykin & Harrison. There’s no way to date the piece - the company was active from 1895 until the 1930’s. It’s electroplate, or maybe even just their own proprietary alloy. No value whatsoever, I’m afraid.
