Identifacation Help Please

British Silver Reading Silver Hallmarks

I have had this for years and never was able to find what the mark is. Not sure if its a date, city, or producer mark. Any help would greatly appreciated.

The cross mark is the silverplate mark of the Barker Bros. Silver Co. Inc. of NYC and in use from about 1935.
