Identification help: Is this fork solid silver or plated?

Hi everyone,

​I recently came across these forks and I’m trying to figure out if it’s solid silver, silver-plated, or perhaps another material. It has some weight to it, but I can’t quite decipher the hallmarks on the back.

​I’ve attached high-resolution photos of the entire piece and a close-up detail of the markings.

​Could anyone help me identify these stamps? I’m specifically looking for:

  • ​Whether it is Sterling (925), a different silver grade, or just plated (EPNS).

  • ​The approximate age or origin if the maker’s mark is recognizable.
