Identification of convertible 3-arm candelabras

Hello! We are looking for help in identifying the maker of the two pieces shown in the attachments. The three-arm upper portions are detachable, leaving the base to be used as a single candlestick. The items are not magnetic, and weigh approximately four and a half pounds each.

The only markings we can find are the animal marking which appears on the flange of the base, and the crown / shield marking which appears on the underside. The animal marking is about 3/4 inch tall, and the crown / shield is about 1/4 inch tall.

Nothing that looks like a true hallmark, so they’re not sterling silver. The fact that they’re not magnetic tells you only that they’re not made of iron, nothing more.
