Identification of hallmark on tea and coffee set

I’d like some help reading the hallmarks on this silver tea set.

It’s not sterling silver- the hallmarks are wrong for that. So, silver plate, with a purely decorative value.

I can confirm that it’s definitely electroplated. The top row of letters reads W & H S for Walker & Hall, Sheffield. These are followed by EP (electroplate) on its side.
