I cannot seem to find information on this piece ANYWHERE. please help!
Your candlestick is electroplated (EP), not silver, and was made by Hawksworth, Eyre & Co, a Sheffield company. They went out of business in about 1930.
It would benefit from being cleaned, but as it is electroplated any cleaning should be done carefully with a good quality silver polish so that you don’t damage the plating. If, while cleaning it, you find that there is plating loss (and I suspect that there may be after looking at your pictures) then it is probably beyond economical repair.
