Identifying provenance of French silver tea table

This is likely a piece commissioned for a wedding. We also have a set of flatware with the same crests

. The hallmarks on the tray are French but quite worn. The flatware is Tetard Fres. I just noticed that this is two different generations of weddings. The tea table may be much older.

Try to gently clean the marked areas, then take photos in macro mode, paying attention to the sharpness of the photo.

These are the hallmarks on the tray. Best guess

Coq (rooster) — used 1798-1809 during the Consulate/First Empire

Or vieillard (old man’s head) — Paris mark 1819-1838

A maker’s lozenge from that period

Possibly charge/discharge marks

the flatwear is consistent with Tétard Frères. That one is easy, the knives say
