hi , i have this continental solid silver Pocket Watch but i dont know the markings or the make of the Watch, can anyone help me with this, thanks

The silver markings are Swiss if that’s any help.
No idea about the movement.

The markings on the movement are simply the regulator indicators in English and French. F=Fast, A=Avance, S=Slow, R=Retard.
