Ok would be thankful for any opinions …marked “GERMAN” “SILVER” in caps letters on bottom of vase…any opinion…I posted a link as couldnt upload said file too big

German Silver is a copper alloy with nickel and often zinc. The usual formulation is 60% copper, 20% nickel and 20% zinc.
The name “German silver” refers to its development by 19th-century German metalworkers, I believe, in imitation of the Chinese alloy known as paktong.
