Having a very hard time identifying marks on candle sticks.
First is the Makers Mark JB in what appears to be a swan or other animal. Next is a stamp mark of a woman facing right in what appears to be a flower? Could it be a duty mark?
Would appreciate any assistance, thank you for your time.

It’s an Austro-Hungarian silver mark. I don’t know enough about them to help any further but you might be able to find out more by yourself now.
