Irish Or maybe English Silver marks?

Any help identifying this plate would be amazing. has what looks like an FRM&S or maybe FRM&G stamp on it. someone scratched 14/16 under it.

These are neither English nor Irish marks. The lettering reads EGW&S and is an electroplate mark of E G Webster & Son of Brooklyn, NY.
