if found an old teapot in a junk store and on its base it has a number of signs and says ‘warranted hard & silver soldered’, is this real silver??? any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hi there and thanks for joining us. The term “silver soldered” is usually associated with silver plated goods and not “real” or solid silver.
