I love this cup but I don’t know if it’s silver or not.
Can someone tell me what the hallmark means?

With no indication of a possible silver fineness this is more than likely electroplated. I don’t recognise the mark, if it is a mark and not a damaged area. It is in a very peculiar place if it is a manufacturer’s mark.
