Can anyone tell me if this is just makers marks, picked up 4 spoons, all made in Holland, only one was marked like this, it also cleans different than the other 3. smell is not sour like the others. I assume this one may be a better plating or could it be silver ? but there is no date. only this. Dont want to distroy for crafts if it has value.

The Dutch have a system of hallmarking which does not appear here. However they don’t call their country “Holland” - it’s Nederland. So I suspect that your spoons were made by a company or person called Holland. The normal proviso is that, if there is no fineness indication such as “925” or “sterling” or some form of hallmark, then it probably isn’t solid silver.
