Is this plate or old coin silver?

Hi friends, I got in some old spoons A W. Thomson. George Savage spoons, and these ones. I don’t recognize the mark but realize a lot of coin silver - old stuff isn’t really hallmarked- or clearly marked/- would these be coin?

I think it’s from Portugal, Porto.

27486550_4P, crowned, above two towers - is that of Alexandre Pinto da Cruz, who served as chief assayer in Porto from 1810-1818.

Thank you!

The assayer mark isn’t really identifying the purity to me.

I thought maybe 800+, because of your research.

I just filed one well and I am getting 750 on the XRF.

So it is silver but perhaps was represented as a higher content to the public

as 800 is usually the standard.

Appreciate your time!
