Is this really old silver from 1320?

I inherited a lot of antique silver and I’m still learning the hallmarks etc. I have one bag of mostly spoons that seems to be separated from the rest and some of them are labeled with some pretty old dates (If they are dates.)
I think this spoon had another sticker that has since fallen off, perhaps with more info, but there was a label saying “1320”.
Is that really the year? I assumed it was British but I may be wrong.

This is almost certainly from the USA (due the presence of the “STERLING” mark) and is most likely 20th century. Unfortunately the manufacturer’s logo (in the shield) is illegible. I have no idea what “1320” might have referred to but it is definitely not the date.

Maybe it’s the listing number from the auction. I have 3 of them but I think the logo is worn off on all of them.
