Picked this up in a charity shop. Think its Danish but no idea about the Hallmarks. Any help would be appreciated. 
“Manitoba Maid” would like to sell you another spoon in the same clipper genre on Ebay for $10.95. She is a much better photographer than you are and her marks don’t look fuzzy like the Gouda cheese I left in my fridge last month when I went to China.
Hers are marked .90 and the maker is HH. Yours, like my abandoned Gouda are a mystery wrapped in an enigma, surrounded by a bodyguard of whatever Winston Churchill quoted about Bletchley Park.
