I thought this brooch might be Turkish or Moroccan but the mark looks to be Swedish or are my eyes deceiving me?

Yes, it’s Swedish. The marks (apart from the 3 crowns and the S National Control Mark) are not very well defined, but you might be able to derive a bit more information from this page: SWEDEN SILVER HALLMARKS- SWEDISH SILVER MARKS
