"Jordan shffield collection" identification

I need help identifying the maker and origin of this brass (I think it is brass) plate. On the back side it says Jordan shffield collection, and some symbols below it. It was bought on the flee market.

On the backside there was a sticker, when peeled off it revealed a surface that looks like aluminium or silver?

Searching for “Jordan Sheffield Collection” returned lots of hits. The manufacturer appears to be Jordan Sheffield-Silverado of Ariccia, Lazio, Italy. Your piece was probably originally electroplated.
