This engraved serving fork measures 8.75 and weighs just shy of 2 ounces. The motif is a very charming bird with floral elements. I have not been able to find the pattern name for this piece. The mark indicates Joseph Seymour with a date between 1887-1900 but the aesthetic nature of the motif and the twisted stem seems to indicate an earlier date perhaps?
