Bought a pair of napkin rings in a small pawn shop in Barrydale, South Africa, a while back for about $2. On closer inspection I saw they were marked for London sterling silver. Are they from David Sutton and sons (1949) and are they collectable?

Yes I like them a lot. Got a glittering surface and they are heavy as well. People here in South Africa don’t really note Hallmarks on things.
