Hi I found this flask in my late dads things he passed quite a while ago and was born in 1929. I was wondering what the marks were it’s a bit worn and who would have been likely to use something like this?TIA

It’s a hip flask, curved to conform to your anatomy. The person who used it was someone who wanted to be able to take a nip of whiskey whenever he pleased, without having to go to a saloon.
